Creative Boyfriend Gifts – Have Fun Making Him Happy!

Creative boyfriend gifts can cost very little. It’s the time you spend
finding the right idea for your boyfriend and then creating the gift or
planning everything out that counts. You can’t put a price on creative
boyfriend gifts you make from the heart.

While that pair of tickets to the latest rock concert is probably a great
gift, it’s not always possible to spend that kind of money on a gift. But
it’s always possible to do something nice and surprise your boyfriend with
a meaningful gesture. Creative boyfriend gifts can really be as simple as
a meaningful note.

A love note, a note of encouragement, or even a love letter written on
feminine stationary and sprayed with your favorite perfume can be
something that really makes his day special. You could even send it
through the mail to make it extra special.

If you’d rather not wait, then let it stick out between the pages of his
book or put it on top of the TV remote. Just be sure you leave where he’s
certain to find it right away.

Some creative boyfriend gifts don’t cost much in anything but time. Bake
him a batch of his favorite cookies and wrap them in a pretty ribbon. Make
him a loaf of banana bread, or some cinnamon rolls, or whatever his
favorite treat might be. You could even make his favorite dish and
surprise him with an impromptu dinner.

His favorite meal along with a favorite dessert served by you, with
candlelight, of course, is one of those great gifts everyone should love
to receive. To make the evening extra special, buy a DVD he wants and wrap
it up for you to watch after the meal.

For the movie lover, a movie-night basket is a great idea. Buy a couple
DVD’s you know he wants (or include a gift certificate for a movie rental)
throw in a package or two of microwave popcorn or stove top popcorn, a
couple of boxes of movie-type candy, and a couple cans or bottles of soda
pop.

You could also surprise him with a framed photo of the two of you together
in a decorate frame. You can purchase blank frames in most craft or
department stores. Decorate the frame in his favorite colors, or use your
prettiest penmanship to write all around the edge about how special the
moment was when you were photographed together.

A scrapbook of your couple pictures with notes like that after each
picture is a great gift, too. Write about how much fun you had when the
picture was taken, how wonderful he was that day, and anything else that
you want to express.

Does he talk about learning to cook, paint, draw, swim or anything else?
Surprise him by paying for a lesson. Take a cooking or painting class
together. Surprising him with a “how to draw” book and an assortment of
drawing pencils. You’ll find the most creative boyfriend gifts are usually
the most thoughtful.

Love Letters To Write To A Boyfriend

Posted in category Main Content

Love letters to write to a boyfriend can be short and sweet or long and
romantic. The best love letters are the ones that come from your heart, of
course. But there are ways you can surprise your boyfriend with something
tailor made for his personality. Love letters to write to a boyfriend
don’t all have to be about your feelings, but can play on his good
qualities, too.

For the best love letters, keep in mind your boyfriend’s personality. This
can get tricky, though. For a man of few words, you might think short and
snappy love letters are best. But just because he doesn’t say much,
doesn’t mean that he doesn’t want you to say much.

Very often, people are in relationships with people who complement them.
Your talkativeness and the way you express yourself to him might be
something that really attracts him. So he might enjoy long, flowing
letters that make him feel special. Long love letters to write to a
boyfriend might be perfect for him.

On the other hand, there’s no guarantee that a man who’s very expressive
with his affection and has no trouble telling you how he feels about you
will prefer longer letters over short sweet or sexy notes. So while you
keep your boyfriend’s personality in mind, don’t be surprised if he likes
things you don’t expect.

Of course, you’ll want love letters to write to a boyfriend that you feel
comfortable writing. Try one or two, experiment with different types, and
then see what he thinks. Hell probably be thrilled to get any kind of a
love letter, so don’t be surprised if he doesn’t want to choose any
specific type.

You can write and tell him how much you love him, of course, and express
your feelings in a way that feels comfortable to you. Don’t forget that
the love letter is going to make him feel something when he reads it. He
might feel happy that you sent the letter, and he might feel love for you
even more intensely after reading the letter because of the things you
said.

But you’ll want him to feel special in different ways. So tell him about
how you like the way his arms look when he plays pool or works on his car,
or that you love how he always holds the door for you. Tell him he’s a
gentleman, that he’s sexy, smart, considerate and sweet, and do it by
mentioning specific times he shows those qualities.

And tell him how you felt during certain times in the love letters to
write to a boyfriend. When he gave you his gloves because you’d forgotten
yours and it was cold outside, tell him how good that made you feel.
Everyone wants to hear that they’ve made someone feel special, too.

The things you write make the letters special, but appeal to all his
senses. Use pretty stationary with soft paper that feels nice. Many women
even spray perfume on love letters to write to a boyfriend.

Special Homemade Gift Ideas For A Boyfriend

Wednesday, March 10, 2010 12:29
Posted in category Main Content

Homemade gift ideas for a boyfriend can be something romantic that you make
yourself. Everyone loves to get something special from the person they
love, after all. But it can also be something made just for him, based on
his interests. Homemade gift ideas for boyfriend don’t always have to be
centered around you as a couple.

That type of gift is a great idea, though, especially for holidays like
Valentines Day or your anniversary. Things that have to do with you and
your relationship can make great gifts. Many different types of gifts can
be made from things like pictures of you together.

A scrapbook or photo album of pictures of you together is a good gift for
a romantic holiday. You don’t really need any kind of crafting skill to
put together a scrapbook your guy will love. While hearts and flowers
might be your thing, think of the things your boyfriend likes.

Does he have anything frilly or flowery of his own? Probably not. So it’s
not necessary to run like a madwoman through the craft aisle picking up
lace, sequins, sparkles and fringe to create this gift. Save that energy
to make gifts for your girl friends!

Many homemade gift ideas for boyfriend have a long list of necessary
supplies and tools, but you don’t need those. Of course, you can if you
want to, but you can make as meaningful a gift without going to too much
trouble.

Ordinary photo albums or scrapbooks where you can write on the pages to
leave comments about the pictures are great homemade gift ideas for
boyfriend. You can find them with attractive covers or you can decorate
the cover yourself. Many are made so that you can put one particularly
great picture on the cover, which is perfect for a favorite picture of you
together.

You can arrange the photos by date, events like a weekend getaway or time
spent at the beach, or just put them in at random. What will make the gift
special is what you’ll write for each photo. Using a pen designed for
writing on that photo album’s paper (you can find these archival items
usually grouped together in the store) write a comment.

Tell him how handsome he looks in the picture, or how much fun you had
that day. Say something directly to him or about him in the photo, or jot
down a pleasant memory from that time.

Also, don’t think it has to be a romantic gift. For his birthday or other
occasion, make something just for him. A basket with movie rental gift
certificates, movie candy, popcorn and soda is great for the movie lover
(include enough goodies for you, to give a hint) and doesn’t require much
time or craft ability.

If he loves basketball, a schedule of games, and an assortment of game-day
snacks would be appreciated. Any items you put together that all relate to
a hobby he loves, no matter what it is, can make great homemade gift ideas
for a boyfriend.

How To Choose Nicknames To Call Your Boyfriend

Monday, March 8, 2010 11:29
Posted in category Main Content

There are many different nicknames to call your boyfriend, if you want a
nickname for him. The better thing to consider might be whether or not he
wants a nickname. Some guys like nicknames, some guys don’t. And some of
the nicknames to call your boyfriend will appeal to certain guys, and
leave others feeling uncomfortable.

First of all, you shouldn’t feel pressured into even having a nickname for
your guy if one doesn’t sort of spring up naturally. Just because all of
your girlfriend’s have nicknames for their boyfriends, and talk about them
with those names, doesn’t mean you have to have one, too.

Even if they use the nicknames when talking to the guys, that doesn’t mean
that their relationship has something your relationship doesn’t. You can
have just as close and loving of a relationship as someone who uses
nicknames, even if you always call your boyfriend by his real name.

Some nicknames, in fact, might make you think the relationship must be
special because she uses a nickname, but it’s hardly a personal thing.
Some people always call their boyfriends honey, or sweetie, for instance.
Those aren’t really nicknames to call your boyfriend as much as they are
just terms of endearment, but they might be the only “nicknames” you’ll
ever hear.

The best nicknames for your boyfriend are those names that come from
within the relationship. Just because you think “pookie-butt” or
“snugglyuggums” sound cute and special, doesn’t mean you should decide
that one of those will your boyfriend’s nickname.

Most people who grow up with nicknames got them from something they did,
like someone who’s always late being called Pokey, or someone who loves
cars being called Wheels. Other nicknames come from a specific incident
and a term that simply stuck, like a boy who once carried a grasshopper
into the house in his pocket and scared his mother, being affectionately
called Bug by his family.

Nicknames usually have those special stories behind them. So the nicknames
to call your boyfriend will have more meaning for both of you if they sort
of happen naturally. If you just decide that a name is to be his nickname,
it might feel unnatural to use it, and he might not like it either.

Generic nicknames or terms of endearment can work very well, when there’s
no situational or specific nickname that seems to fit your boyfriend. Like
the honey or sweetie mentioned earlier, there is really no limit to the
types of names like that you can use. Dear, baby, sweetheart, my man, and
other terms can all be used.

Sometimes a couple seems to use one of those repeatedly and it becomes a
sort of nickname for each other. She might always call him babe or even
smile and call him stud, while he always calls her honey or darling.

Nicknames and terms of endearment should simply feel natural. Of all the
nicknames to call your boyfriend, pick one that you find easy to say that
he responds happily to.

Take A “Should I Break Up With My Boyfriend” Quiz

Saturday, March 6, 2010 13:22
Posted in category Main Content

A “should I break up with my boyfriend” quiz is something a person doesn’t
take unless she has doubts about the relationship. If you’re considering
taking such a quiz, you might not need the quiz to tell you the answer. If
you’re unhappy, or you don’t think he treats you right, you shouldn’t
worry about taking a “should I break up with my boyfriend” quiz. You
already know.

But if you want to take such a quiz, they can open your eyes to some
things in your relationship. A “should I break up with my boyfriend” quiz
usually has multiple choice questions that offer up several different
scenarios for each question.

If you take the quiz, just on a whim, and realize that most of the answers
you choose show the relationship or the boyfriend isn’t ideal, that can
get you thinking about your boyfriend and about how things should change.
So if you’re happy with the way things are, you might want to skip the
quiz.

On the other hand, you might want to compare your relationship with what
the quiz considers to be a good and bad relationship. Of course, you have
to keep in mind that many of these quizzes are put together more as a joke
than anything else.

If it’s a “should I break up with my boyfriend” quiz you find online,
especially at a site where you can take quiz after quiz on almost any
subject, then beware. Anyone can make those quizzes. You could make one
advising people when to break up, too. They’re just based on what one
person thinks.

If it’s a quiz from a magazine and was created by someone with actual
human relations or relationship expertise, then you can take the results a
little more seriously. But even if the quiz appears to be completely
sincere, you shouldn’t break up with your boyfriend only based on the quiz
results.

If you’re taking the quiz for fun, definitely discount any answers you
get. If you’re taking it because you have doubts and you wonder if you
should break up with your boyfriend, then pay a little closer attention.
Read your results carefully to decide if it’s really accurate for your
situation.

These quizzes aren’t designed to actually tell you what to do when it
comes to your boyfriend. They’re designed more to give you a guidelines
about how things should be in your relationship under certain
circumstances.

If your answers vary far from what the quiz author believes to be what is
healthy and normal in a good relationship, you might want to examine
things a little closer and see what you can do to help the situation.

Everything wrong in the relationship won’t be entirely your boyfriend’s
fault, after all. A good relationship really does take two. And if you
wanted to take the quiz to start with, if you think about it you’ll
probably realize that it didn’t take a “should I break up with my
boyfriend” quiz to tell you what you needed to know.
